Mr. Errol Greene, Regional Director (Actg), Western Regional Health Authority , by way of his response which was dated March 14, 2019, stated, inter alia , the following: “ 2. Dr Alfred Dawes, Senior Medical Officer – Savanna-la-Mar Public General Hospital, received donation on or around July 20, 2017. 3. Funds received were utilized for the establishment of the Ultrasound Suite, Savanna-la-Mar Public General Hospital.
