A: Well first, as I said the rule is that you take it to the subcommittee, the subcommittee would then put a document forward which is signed by the Chair of that subcommittee to the Board. In the event that is not done, then the HR manager along with the general manager will signing a document sending it to the Board but even then, that is not the regular route, that is irregular.
