The main objective of the workshop was to help guide principals with the implementation of the Reform of Secondary Education (ROSE) programme. Dr Davis is the national coordinator for the programme. 1995: Dr Rae Davis, National Co-coordinator of the reform of Secondary Education (ROSE) Programme was very pleased with the participation of his audience and so too were (from right) Mr Burchell Whiteman, Minister of Education, Youth and Culture andMrs. Marguerite Bowie, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry. Occasion was a seminar hosted by ROSE at the Medallion Hall Hotel, recently to examine options for upper Secondary School Education in Jamaica.
