The award, presented during the National Honours and Awards Ceremony, celebrated her remarkable leadership and transformative contributions to the Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA). During her tenure, Commissioner Ricketts Walker spearheaded several groundbreaking initiatives, including the modernisation of border security systems, enhanced trade facilitation measures, and the successful implementation of cutting-edge technology to streamline customs operations.
