This initiative undertaken by the Office of the CEO, had one of its most recent staging at the CB Group’s St. Catherine location where their executives were able to share with CEO/Commissioner of Customs Velma Ricketts Walker and her team, commendations and concerns regarding their interaction with the agency. Mrs Lori-Ann Lyn, Chair of CB Group, and her executives shared how much the agency has improved its service delivery in recent times when compared to years before. They shared that the agency and its processes are more accessible, more efficient for all and the team is more understanding to the concerns, wants and needs of stakeholders. A major part of this improvement they say is due to the Jamaica Single Window For Trade (JSWIFT) operated by Jamaica Customs Agency.
