Criteria: The award will be based on academic performance based on the results of the previous year University examina- tions (minimumGPA of 3.5), demonstrate leadership qualities and volunteerism and social involvement. Method of Selection: Shortlisted candidates shall be inter- viewed by a panel comprising personnel from the University and the Donor organisation. Condition: The selected candidate is expected to complete 24 hours of voluntary service with the National Baking Company. In addition, the selected candidate will be expected to com- plete four weeks summer internship with National Baking Company.
