The Family Court shall be the Children's Court and shall
be
deemed to
be
duly constituted as such,
at
any sitting of a Family Court for the
purpose of exercising its jurisdiction
in
the capacity of such Children's Court
notwithstanding that it
be
constituted of a single Judge of a Family
Court.
