The Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS) has made available the following telephone lines so that persons living overseas can stay informed during the passage and aftermath of Hurricane Dean:

Many of my family are now in Jamaica, I pray they and all Jamaica will be protected from this terrible disaster.

I just want to say, many thanks to power 106 for keeping myself in England and others all over the world updated with what’s is happing back home Jamaica. May God bless everyone in Jamaica right now and see you through the hurricane. The world has you in our prayers and we all love you.

My mother and my husband’s family are in Jamaica. We are praying for EVERYONE’S safety. We love you all, we will be on the next available fight out.

I am praying for the safety of the Barnes and Hall families in Manchester and the Robinson family in Kingston. I am also praying for my adopted parish of Clarendon. Keep safe.
