Mishka’s
life philosophy is constant personal challenge; she forces
herself to do what she thinks she can’t. She is also
a disciplined young woman who strives to be well rounded.
Her discipline came in handy when she had to juggle working
part-time at RBTT and pursuing her degree at UWI for 4 years.
She is a talented singer and dancer, having studied ballet
up to grade 8 at the Elizabeth Vickers Dance School. She is
keen on being a role model, on taking what she has learnt
and teaching others.
Mishka
and Miss Jamaica World: Mishka is enjoying the experience
of being in the pageant. It has increased her confidence levels
and social graces. If she were to win the crown, she would
use the title to highlight the issue of teenage pregnancy,
teaching young women how to protect themselves.
