Sandra Garrick
The OCG’s review reveals that Ms. Sandra Garrick was awarded three (3) contracts, during the review period,
by the St. Ann Municipal Corporation with a cumulative value of $1,035,000.00. Ms. Garrick, whom it was
revealed is the sister of Councilor Lloyd Garrick, appeared before the Contractor General on October 1, 2015
and advised of the circumstances under which she was engaged by the Corporation for the performance of
contracts. The following,
