Mr. Vernon Williams was awarded a contract by the St. Ann Municipal Corporation in the amount of
$399,990.00. Mr. Williams, during his appearance before the Contractor General on June 1, 2017 advised
the OCG that he had previously worked, on a voluntary basis, for Ms. Lisa Hanna, Member of Parliament,
South East, St. Ann. In this regard, Mr. Williams who identified himself as a member of the People’s
National Party
