In relation to the representations made by Ms. Nicolette Keene, concerning her facilitation of the
collection of a cheque for or on behalf of Mr. Lincoln Dennis, the questions which were put to Mr. Dennis
during the course of the mentioned hearing as well as his responses are detailed below:
“CHAIRMAN: Now, sir we are advised that on an occasions in
2014 you were not available and Miss Andrea
Smith stopped short of saying that Mr Lincoln
Dennis was not available so she asked Miss
Nicolette Keene to collect a cheque on behalf of
her Miss Ann Smith. You know Miss Smith who
used to work in Miss Lisa Hanna's Constituency
office?
A:
Yes, sir.
Q:
And you know also Miss Lisa Hanna who is the
Member of parliament, sir?
A:
Yes I do.
Q:
Have you ever done work for the Constituency
officer, bushing and drain cleaning?
A:
Yes, but I don't think it is 2014.
Q:
Now, have you ever been asked by the Constituency
office to go and collect money on behalf of other
people, sir, for work that was done?
A:
Yes.
Q:
More that once or once?
A:
I remember once.
