Mr Speaker, a recent survey found that that nearly half of all Jamaican
young people are willing to give up their citizenship to go overseas. This is
deeply troubling. There is no hope among our young people, Prime
Minister. Where is the future for Jamaica, if there is no hope among our
young people?

Mr Speaker, this is the state of the nation, a very sorry state indeed.
