A:
I gave it to Councilor Bell and then
afterwards I finished what I was doing I
went up to the Constituency Office and she
gave me the envelope with my money

CHAIRMAN:

A:
40,000. That's to pay for the work that I
did, the scope of work from the Centre to
the – and she gave me some other
envelopes with the persons who did same
work in the Community as I.
CHAIRMAN:
No ma'am, why did you sign a contract for
415,000?
A:
Because she asked me.
CHAIRMAN:
Supposed she asked you to jump off the bus?
A:
No, she asked me and she say because of
the Christmas rush they didn't want
everybody who did a scope of work to go to
St. Ann Parish Council to collect so they
pool in some people and asked them to go
and collect those cheques.
