following representations to the OCG concerning her knowledge of Mrs. Ivy Clarke Robinson and the contract
which was awarded to her by the St. Ann Municipal Corporation:

MR. DIRK HARRISON:
What about, Ivy Clarke-Robinson, who is
she to you
?
MISS ANDREA SMITH:
She is my aunt

MR. DIRK HARRISON:
Has she benefited from any contract
?
MISS ANDREA SMITH:
Yes, sir

MR. DIRK HARRISON: And in respect of -- and she is your aunt by
what?
MISS ANDREA SMITH:
By my mother's side.
MR. DIRK HARRISON: That's your mother, Beverly Sinclair's
sister?
MISS ANDREA SMITH: Yes, sir.
MR. DIRK HARRISON: You are the person who nominated Miss Ivy
Clarke to get a contract?
