I write to you with regard to the special employment
program which is being administered by the St Ann Parish
Council. I am requesting that the payments be grouped and
bills made to the following persons to ensure that that
persons employed under the program are paid on time.
And first name there is Babbeth Hanniford - $475,000, and
it continues with some other names. It says:
The St Ann Parish Council is also requesting that this
instruction be submitted to them in writing. Should you
