It is instructive to highlight that during the course of the OCG’s Investigation, Ms. Lydia Richards by way
of an email which was dated August 29, 2015, requested that the OCG enquire into the sum of
$480,000.00 which was stated to have been collected by “Paulette Grant” on December 17, 2013. The
email stated,
inter alia
, as follows:
“I would appreciate if you could look at the $480,000
collected by Paulette Grant on December 17, 2013. This
came to my attention and I called Paulette and she said she
did not collect any money I investigated in all Divisions and
found that of all the other so named two left the island before
the date, one is sick for over 10 years and only the one I
