Having regard to the representations made by Ms. Grant concerning Ms. Lydia Richards, Councillor,
Bensonton Division, the OCG deemed it prudent to require Ms. Richards to provide responses in this
regard during her appearance before the Contractor General on June 1, 2017. The following
representations were made:
Q:
We had shared with last time what had
been said by at least one person who
had joined us, and I had previously
shared with you, I think, what Miss
Paulette Grant had said, when Miss
Paulette Grant had indicated that
$480,000 was received by her, a
cheque, she changed it and then she
gave the money to you, you remember
my saying that to you on the last
occasion?
