What happened is that – oh, yes, I did.

You asked her to sign documents in
relation to work, ma’am?
A:
Yes, sir.
CHAIRMAN:
Tell us about that.
A:
This document now, I could not find
the document that she signed, so
what I did is that I just asked – I
wasn’t crying either – what I did I
just asked her to resign it for me that
in the event I have to explain myself I
can show that yes, you understand.
CHAIRMAN:
What you asked her to resign ma’am?
A:
This what she got paid, where she get
the money when she get pay, when
she work, she is a subcontractor you
know.
CHAIRMAN:
Yes, but stop. What document you
asked her to resign?
A:
Oh, this one, this one, sir, this one, because I could not find
my document.”

It was further revealed during the course of the Hearing that the signatures which were affixed to Exhibit
‘JM 2’ had been solicited by Mrs. McDonald subsequent to appearing before the Contractor General on
July 15, 2015. The following extracts of the referenced transcript are instructive:
