St. Ann Municipal Corporation Office of the Contractor General November 2017
Chairman:
So if you were asked to do that all
over, would you do it again?
A:
Well, no, sir.
Chairman:
Why wouldn’t do it now?
A:
Well, I am not working there now so
maybe…
Chairman:
No, what I am saying, let’s say you
are asked…
A:
Within the same capacity?
Chairman:
Yes. Why?
A:
Because it is what is considered a
conflict of interest. At the time, to be
frank, if it is that I knew that it would
have caused a problem, then I
wouldn’t have done it and I am being
honest, but he said it was okay,
because it’s not like I was a CDF
officer or I was- – he said something
else to me, I am not quite certain, I
don’t want to get myself in trouble by
not paraphrasing him correctly. ”
