but I know he is a mason, I don’t
remember if he was out of the area
or what was the situation, but I know
there was also a problem to be
corrected on the form that Mr.
Lawrence was supposed to be
submitting to the Parish Council,
and then based on that the gentleman
not being available to -- I don’t
remember if it was his signature that
was not affixed, something had gone
wrong with it and then he asked me
to just do over a form, but as I said I
at the time I was aware of the
project, and as I said I did it in the
best interest of those persons who
worked as well as being aware that
that level of work was undertaken
and Mr. Lawrence had given me the
assurance that it would have been
okay.

you didn’t used the word satisfied,
that you were satisfied the work was
done, you knew the work was done?

Yes, I am from the same community,
so I would drive passed and I see
that work was done.
