Well, as I, if I can just back track. I
wasn’t working for the project per
se, I did the proposal for the
community, there were persons from
the community in which the
organization is located and the
persons from other community in
which the project was implemented
were working on the project, I
wasn’t really in charge of it, I was
just really supervising and helping
out in the implementation of the
project. But at the time, the question
you asked, at the time the money was
allocated for the project and I
started working at the office
, I
basically withdrew myself from the
project because somebody else was
in charge of that.
Chairman: And the reason for withdrawing
yourself from the project is what?
A:
Well, I was working at the office, I
thought it wouldn’t have been the
best thing to do.
Chairman: Now, that contract that you said Mr.
Lawrence had asked that it be put in
your name?
