Well as I said it was a political
position, it had to do with political
work.

And to the extent that my
jurisdiction extends, my jurisdiction
is such that I am going into any
aspect that touches and concerns
contracts being awarded and
government money being expended
.
Now as you realize that’s going to
cut across political work, so that is
where I am going in terms of award
of contracts. So what I want to know

what is your role, because you had a
job description, correct?

As Constituency Secretary

You do everything then?

Not necessarily a job description. I
think it has been something which
has come down over the years
