She is a Constituency Secretary.
MR. DIRK HARRISON:
And earlier we were speaking about an
instance where she was -- let me ask you
specifically, was Miss Keene awarded a
contract or was she a collector?
MINISTER LISA HANNA:
Under the terms of what and how the
Parish Council operates, she would have
been a collector, because of the urgency of
the situation to get the persons paid and
the Parish Council saying that, look, these
are things that have to get done
immediately. So, there was an urgency of
the situation, and if you check back your
records, because I think you have those
records and the templates of the persons
who would have worked in a particular
area. You can check to see if they got paid,
and I believe all the persons got paid.”
