investigation, the prime minister should recognise the

glaring conflict of interests in this matter, restrict her

ministers from further actions, and launch an independent

investigation into the whole sordid affair,”

Member of Parliament for St. Ann South Eastern, Lisa

Hanna, has spoken publicly for the first time regarding

claims by some members of her constituency about the

allocation of three million dollars to pave the grounds of

the Prickly Pole Primary School. She says the project was

never approved for execution, and no money was

spent

Having regard to the foregoing and considering the immense public interest, the OCG took a decision to

subsume this matter within the scope of its captioned investigation involving,

inter alia

, the Office of the

Member of Parliament, South East, St. Ann. In this regard and during the course of a hearing, involving

Ms. Lydia Richards, Councillor, Bensonton Division, South East, St. Ann, which was convened on

September 28, 2015, the following representations were made:
