A:

We never normally get, you know, really and truly, its

because I asked – probable quarreled, that we should

get a treasurer’s report the year before, so they

brought this in 2014.

Q:

So based on a meeting of members of the Executive

Committee it is your understanding

that

there

should be a file somewhere that says ‘Treasurer’s

file’ – there should be documentation.

A:

Of course there should be a file that says how the

money is being spent. As a matter of fact I have been

asking about the moneys in the Division, and so I was

told that there was a file in the office that I could take

a look at. When I went to the office there was one

little file jacket like that with everything, with all the

divisions in the one file. So I asked: are you saying to

me that everybody own in this? And they say yes, and

I said, but I can’t look at that. So I did not look at

it”

Mrs. Judith White-Brown, Principal, Prickly Pole Primary and Infant School, advised the OCG of the

state of the school yard as well as the circumstances surrounding the construction which was stated to

have undertaken on the school’s premises. The following representations were made in this regard:

“Q: You have been Principal of the Prickly Pole primary

school for how long?

A:

Five months now.
