this document is fraudulent. For it to
say that you subcontracted and you
paid her, it is fraudulent because it is
somebody else, that is, Miss Smith,
who contracted or engaged her, gave
her a cheque for $500,000 and she
gave her back 60. She is saying this
document is fraudulent and she only
signed it because Mrs. Joan
McDonald said it is to prevent her
from being deregistered as a
Government of Jamaica contractor.

nothing like that, sir.

Donnette, your name is on a piece of
paper that you work, where did you
work?
"
And she said she worked from Green
Park to Culture Gate, right. And I
said to her, how much money did you
get for the work and she said $60,000
and I showed her the paper and I
said okay, here is it. I said if you get
the money sign for it. That's what I
said to her.
