prior to coming here, she did come to
my office afterwards and I said she
didn't have anything to fear because
my understanding of the exercise
because what she indicated was that
the issue was about bushing contracts
and I told her as far as my
understanding of the exercise there
was nothing for her to fear so she
could tell the Contractor General
everything.
The works were issued by the Parish
Council, certified by the Parish
Council, and paid by the Parish
Council. So I am myself not clear as
to what it is she was concerned about.
In her first instance she indicated that
