A:
I recall Mr. Brown getting work but I don’t
remember exactly the specifications of what he got
but I know he got work.

Chairman: Now Mr. Bliden Brown has advised that you
indicated to him …it is a contract which was
executed, signed by Mr. Bliden Brown on the 6
th
of
December 2013… in respect of providing labor and
tools, specifically…in respect of work done in
respect of a drain from road at Church Hall Road
to the drain at Claremont Post Office and this is in
respect of a contract which was signed on the 6
th
of
December 2013. This was a payment of $280,000,
$285,000. Mr. Bliden
[sic]
Brown has indicated that
you said that $280,000 was to be used for bushing
and drain cleaning, that you informed him that the
breakdown of allotment was as follows: Reginald
