Q:
So why you did that, why you never send all the money?
A:
No, sir. Because I know it was bandooloo, so I keep the
$25,000.
Q:
Now you said at paragraph 11 at page 2, because Miss
Smith was upset about the money I had withheld from her
for two years she did not speak to you or give you any more
work.
A:
Yes, sir.
Q:
But she contacted you two years later and ask you the first
thing to go and sign something?
A:
Yes, because it was emergency and she couldn't get no one
to go and do it. Is the same Reginald Christie she was
asking to go and do it but Reginald Christie was in
Kingston doing some business on that day. So I was in
Claremont and when I get the call from her the rain was
falling and I said to her, you know I am going home now
because I have to go to work later and she asked me to go
down there and I said, okay since I am in Claremont let me
just go down there and do it for you.
Q:
Now when you collected the cheque for $285,000, the first
one we spoke about today, you never get any money from
that?
A:
Not even a dollar.
Q:
So why you never take money out of that too?
