St. Ann Municipal Corporation Office of the Contractor General November 2017
Mr. Blyden Brown advised the OCG of a taped conversation involving members of the South East, St. Ann
Constituency and himself, where he spoke of concerns involving the subject Office of the Member of
Parliament, South East, St. Ann. The following,
inter alia
, was stated:
“Q:
All right, let's pause here a minute. This recording
that was played to you that was same as you did said
before, when you had this conversation with Miss Smith,
where you talking with her on it? Somebody can play back
a record of everything you said that mean when you were
talking to Miss Smith somebody had taped you?
A:
No, not that time. Not that time.
Q:
So the play back, how them play it back?
A:
All right, I was in a discussion with about four to -- about
nine persons up by Moneague College and is there
someone tape.
Q:
Okay, you never know they were taping you?
A:
No I never know.
We was talking about the
Constituency Office, saying that it is not running good
and what is what and what, so my discussion was she call
me to do that work and I tell them that I go down there
and collect it and she tell me that the MP, she and what is
what to get
.”
