It should be noted however, that Mr. Oswald Jarrett who appeared before the Contractor General on October 1,
2015 provided the following representations as it regards the allegations which were made by Mr. Blyden
Brown:
“CHAIRMAN:
Now, you know "Mr. Big Cream",
Blyden Brown, you know him by
that name, sir?
A:
Yes, sir.
CHAIRMAN:
Have you ever done work, a mile of
road yourself; Reginald Christie,
Roderick Riley, the three of you did
bushing and cleaning on a mile of
road?
A:
No, sir. No, sir, I never do any
bushing, none of them pon the road.
CHAIRMAN:
And you have never ever done any
bushing or...
A:
No, none at all.”
