The OCG provided Mr. Brown with a copy of the cheque which was issued by the St. Ann Municipal
Corporation in the amount of $285,000.00, and upon inspection he identified his signature on the back of the
cheque.
“Q: I am going to show you a copy of the cheque. (Document
shown to MrBrown)
You see your signature on the back of that photocopied
cheque?
A:
Yes, sir.”

In a similar vein to the disclosures which were made in Mr. Brown’s Statement of June 4, 2015, the following
representations were reiterated during his appearance before the Contractor General on September 28, 2015, as
follows:
