I spoke to Miss Smith about 2 weeks ago as she intervened on a
phone call I was having with Miss Steer. She informed me that she
is aware that I have been calling her name about money. She said
to me that, “You fi come off the phone johncrow a dead yuh fi
dead.” She then said that she heard what I had been saying around
Claremont about her and she is going to sue me.
I had not informed the M.P. Lisa Hanna about the issues
concerning Miss Smith. However, from 2014, I heard rumours in
the community that the M.P. Lisa Hanna wished to have a meeting
with me, Councillor Garrick and Miss Ann Smith. To date I have
not been contacted about this meeting.
I had spoken to Councillor Garrick regarding the money I had
collected and the manner in which Miss Smith was operating in the
constituency office. I cannot recall when he and I had this
conversation. However at the time, Mr. Garrick said to me that he
knew of things that had been occurring in the office from before.
I did not contact the Parish Council or the NWA about this
matter.”

During his appearance before the Contractor General on September 28, 2015, Mr. Blyden Brown verified as
being true the statement which was provided to the OCG and further stated the following:
