CHAIRMAN: Meaning you are employed there or them give you
work to do?
A:
Well, I used to out on the field working and then
after cut, then...
CHAIRMAN: Not understanding. You used to get cheque every
month or money from Parish Council, Parish
Council cheque say you work there?
A:
Yes like fortnight.
CHAIRMAN: When you were working fortnightly, what type of
work you used to do?
A:
Go out in the areas, deal with the work so I get me
training right there.
CHAIRMAN: What them used to call you? When you work there
and get fortnightly pay? What you title name?
A:
Well maybe I would say supervise some work out
there for them
.”

Mr. Riley further admitted to the OCG that subsequent to his employment with the St. Ann Municipal
Corporation he had been engaged as a contractor by the entity on occasions:
“
CHAIRMAN: Since that time, since you used to get fortnightly
pay, from time to time now you get work as a
contractor?
A:
Well yes, I would say contractor but it wouldn't be
full contract because I didn't get the whole entire
thing
.
CHAIRMAN:
Sometimes you get subcontract
?
A:
Yes, sir.
CHAIRMAN: Interestingly before I go further, our records show
that between 2012, this is February, 2012 to
