The OCG required that Ms. Andrea Smith provide certain responses to the recommendation by the South East
St. Ann Constituency office for the award of contract to Ms. Beverly Sinclair by the St. Ann Municipal
Corporation. Ms. Smith appeared before the Contractor General on October 22, 2015 and the following
representations were made:
“CHAIRMAN:
Beverly Sinclair is your mother, ma'am
?
MS. SMITH:
Yes, sir.
CHAIRMAN:
She was given contracts through the
South East St. Ann, Constituency Office
?
A:
Yes, sir.
CHAIRMAN:
She was given contracts while you are in
the position that you now are in, ma'am?
A:
Yes, sir.
