The OCG has appended at Appendix 4, a copy of the letter which was dated December 18, 2013, which was
signed by Ms. Andrea Smith on behalf of Ms. Lisa Hanna and sent to the St. Ann Municipal Corporation for the
award of contract to Ms. Beverly Sinclair.
Oswald Jarrett
Mr. Oswald Jarrett was awarded one contract by the St. Ann Municipal Corporation in the amount of
$50,000.00. In this regard, Mr. Jarrett appeared before the Contractor General on October 1, 2015, and advised
the OCG that he was the caretaker for the Anglican Church in Claremont and that, from time to time, he would
be engaged by the St. Ann Municipal Corporation to clean a drain which is situated on the church property.
