that Beverley Sinclair at the time was your
mother, you knew that? At the time that you
wrote the letter?

Did you at any time disclose to the
Member of Parliament that it was your
mother for whom you are signing for, for
recommendation to be made?
A:
The Member of Parliament knows Ms.
Sinclair.

Based upon the aforementioned disclosures of Ms. Smith the OCG required that Ms. Lisa Hanna, Member of
Parliament, South East, St. Ann, provide responses in this regard:
“MR. DIRK HARRISON:
Did you give Miss Andrea Smith
verbal advise that her mother should
be recommended for the award of a
contract?
LISA HANNA:
No, sir, I didn't.
MR. DIRK HARRISON:
And it would be, just to be more
certain. It would be untrue if
Miss Smith said that?
LISA HANNA:
Yes, sir.”
