following representations concerning the contract which was awarded to Mr. Vernon Williams
“MINISTER LISA HANNA:
Vernon is my Office Manager that
helps me with programmes in the
Constituency, not employed, he is a
retired Deputy Chair Manager of
RADA and just a really god
[sic]
guy
who
understands
system
and
procedures.

MR. DIRK HARRISON:
Is that the same Verna

Williams
at the end who you say you employed?
MINISTER LISA HANNA: Yes, sir.
MR. DIRK HARRISON:
So he got the contract?
MINISTER LISA HANNA:
He is not a worker

MR. DIRK HARRISON:
I am asking you a question.
MINISTER LISA HANNA:
Yes, sir. That was back in 2013.
MR. DIRK HARRISON:
He wasn't working for you then.
MINISTER LISA HANNA:
No, when I say he works, he is not
paid by my office or the Government
or by anybody. He's a retired civil
servant.
