A:
Yes, it is.

A:
In 2014 when the programme was made up I wasn't
a part of making out the programme or anything.
The person who got the contract, for personal
reasons, did not want to collect payment. I was
asked if I could do the collection of the payment,
and I asked if it was not going to be a problem I
would not have a problem facilitating collection of
the funds. It was asked of the Parish Council and
SDC, they never had a problem with it and that's
how I became involved in collecting payment

Who asked you to collect, madam?
A:
I was asked by Miss Smith.
Q:
Who is Miss Smith?
A:
Andrea Smith, who brought it to Miss Hanna's
attention and they ran it through the Parish Council
and SDC. They never had a problem with me
signing.
Q:
They who? Who ran it through there?
A:
Miss Hanna and Miss Smith.
