You laugh but this is a document it is contract. You
have signed a contract that says for all work done by
me. You laughing but this is a serious matter. Let me
repeat it again.
Did you do this work, ma'am, which on the front page
it says 1900 metres at $250 per metre. Total
$475,000. You did this work, ma'am?
A:
The work was done but I was not the person who did
it.
Q: How you know the work was done? You stand out
there and see the work? How you know the work was
done?
A: Because I saw the persons out there doing the work.
Q: Okay. Tell me when they did the work.
A: When? Work was done in December of 2014.
Q: What date?
A: I don't remember the exact date but it's in December
of 2014.”

In respect of the disclosure made by Ms. Keene that the “
… person who got the contract, for personal
reasons, did not want to collect payment. I was asked if I could do the collection of the payment…”,

further stated that the person to whom reference was being made was one Lincoln Dennis. The following
