have asked to do the contract for that section of
work

Q: Do you know the reason why Mr Lincoln Dennis...
A:
It would have been his personal thing. I am not sure
of the personal reason why he would have not wanted
to collect.”

Ms. Keene also indicated, during the referenced hearing, that she was not of the opinion that she had done
anything wrong or improper by facilitating the payment in respect of the mentioned contract. The
following,
inter alia
, was stated:
“A: … I didn't do anything improper or incorrect from my
knowledge. I was just asked to facilitate the
collection of the funds and that's what I did.
Q: You also signed that you did work, which is not true.
When you signed this document, was it a blank form?
A: No, sir.
Q: It was written up?
A:
Yes, sir. If I had known that facilitating the payments
would have been a problem, I would not have done
that.”
