Since when, madam?
A:
January of 2012.
Q:
What are your functions in that office, ma'am?
A:
I started out working as the office secretary where I
answered telephone calls, logged requests from
persons who came to the office from time to time.
That's how I started out.
Now I am currently
responsible for groups and enumeration; mainly
political activities.
Q:
When you say group I thought you were going to say
you were responsible for group payments.
A:
Political groups.”

Despite a contract in the amount of $475,000.00, which was prepared by the St. Ann Municipal
Corporation and awarded to Ms. Nicolette Keene and which bears Ms. Keene’s signature and a cheque in
the same amount which was disbursed to Ms. Keene and which also bears her signature, Ms. Nicolette
Keene during her appearance before the Contractor General denied that she was awarded a contract by the
Corporation. In point of fact, Ms. Keene insisted that she had facilitated payments for a contract awarded
for works executed in the Moneague Division. The following representations were made in this regard:

Have you ever gotten any contract for work in the
Constituency, ma'am?
A:
Contract for work, no.
Q:
Ever sign any contract for work?
A:
I was once asked to sign to facilitate payment for
work done in the Moneague Division.
