So you actually have more
subcontractors; you maybe have about
– maybe over thirty, and so what the
Parish Council says is, look, we can’t
process say, fifty cheques, so send us
eight names that can pay so those
persons can pay the other people.
And its interesting that you ask that as
the first question because there was a
bit of a confusion with the Parish
Council this year, and even though
they sent a letter to say, look, we’re
not making group payments, they
ended up asking for the eight names
again to pay those eight people so they
could pay the other people. They just
can’t administratively process paying
subcontractors. Whatever their
methodology is for paying those
collectors I think is something you
need to take up with the Parish
Council, because its been done like
that for so many years and its kinda
has just been a roll-over process.
