On the last occasion – not the last, the
one before that, you had indicated that
Miss Andrea Smith had presented to
you for signature a list of persons, to
include Nicolette Keen, to whom
group payment should be made. You
recall saying that?

Yes, I do.
Q:
Miss Andrea Smith had indicated to
you that it was okay for you to sign
even though Miss Nicolette Keene was
employed to the constituency office.
A:
Correct.
Q:
And you signed based on the
assurance that Miss. Smith had given
you.
A:
Correct. In addition to that, I should
add, that there was another name that
was submitted. I think his name was
Lincoln Dennis, for the Moneague
Division who was really supposed to
be the person responsible. He had a
run in, he was in front of the courts for
some – at the time I think some
children’s issues and he didn’t feel
that he-- he had been cleared and
everything else, but I think it was felt
and he didn’t feel, so that was why at
