instance she was put in at a last
minute. I think the subcontractors
were already chosen by Lincoln
Dennis and the Councillor, et cetera,
but this is – she was collecting the
money to pay them and she found
those persons and paid them, and I am
sure if you call them they will tell you
that there were paid.
Mr Harrison, I think certainly from
this exercise, and I can’t insert myself
in the Parish Council’s administrative
processes, if they really are just
collecting the money, perhaps there
