A:
You have a number of persons, a
number of subcontractors.

So in most cases, you basically have
three layers: The main contractor,
there's a subcontractor, and the
subcontractor hires persons so you
have sub-subcontractors; would you
agree with me with that?
A:
The persons who work with the
subcontractors, we don't refer to them
as contractors, we refer to them as
labourers.
CHAIRMAN:
Okay, but the labourers at the – if you
were to create a table, the labourers
are at the end?
A:
Yes, sir.
CHAIRMAN:
And the contractor is at the other end?
