Douglas Anderson
Mr. Douglas Anderson was awarded one contract in the amount of $190,000.00, during the period under
review by the St. Ann Municipal Corporation. Mr. Douglas was also listed on Exhibit ‘JM1’ and ‘JM2’
which had been presented by Mrs. Joan McDonald in respect of the persons who were purportedly
engaged by her in the performance of a contract which was awarded to her in the amount of $414,900.00.
Based on the documents provided by Mrs. Joan McDonald, Mr. Anderson was paid a total of $150,000.00
and performed bushing works at the location described as
“Prosper Hall – JM Broiler
”. Exhibit JM 2
which portrayed the signature of
“…subcontractors and the amount paid for the work that was done”
depicted a signature of a third party who appeared to have signed Exhibit ‘JM 2’ on behalf of Mr.
Anderson. Mr. Anderson appeared before the Contractor General on October 1, 2015, and advised of,
inter alia
