Angella Jarrett
Angella Jarrett was awarded one contract in the amount of $110,000.00, during the period under review
by the St. Ann Municipal Corporation. Ms. Jarrett was also listed on Exhibit ‘JM1’ which had been
presented by Mrs. Joan McDonald in respect of the persons who were purportedly engaged by her in the
performance of a contract which was awarded to her in the amount of $414,900.00. Based on the
documents provided by Mrs. Joan McDonald, Ms. Jarrett was paid a total of $30,000.00 and performed
bushing works at the location described as
“clock-cemetery
”. Ms. Jarrett appeared before the Contractor
General on October 1, 2015 and advised of the manner in which the contract was awarded. The following
