Vivine Chung
Ms. Vivine Chung was listed on Exhibits ‘JM1’ and ‘JM2’ which had been presented by Mrs. Joan
McDonald in respect of the persons who were purportedly engaged by her in the performance of a
contract which was awarded to her in the amount of $414,900.00. Based on the documents provided by
Mrs. Joan McDonald, Ms. Chung was paid a total of $30,000.00 and performed bushing works at the
location described as
“Ramble
”. Exhibit ‘JM 2’ which portrayed the signature of
“…subcontractors and
the amount paid for the work that was done”
also
depicted a signature of Ms. Vivine Chung. Ms. Chung
appeared before the Contractor General on September 28, 2015 and advised of the manner in which the
contract was awarded. The following representations were made:
